150 g unsalted butter, cut into cubes

150 g dark chocolate, chopped

300 g old powder

100 g old brown

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

150 g flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons caramel salted melted

Method of preparation

Melt the butter and chocolate with bain marie, stirring continuously. Mix the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in a bowl, until a fluffy composition is formed. Gradually add the melted chocolate in the egg mixture with sugar.

Sift the flour with salt into a separate container and then gradually add it to the liquid composition, stirring gently from the bottom, until incorporated. Grease a tray with butter and pour the blackberry composition.

Pour the melted caramel over and place the tray in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
