Fish soup is a tasty preparation with which you can diversify your family's soup menu and with which you can more easily slip the fish in the feeding of children over 5 years.
1.5 kg fish without bones
800 g potatoes
1-2 was dolphin
1 red pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 parsley bond
200 ml white wine
60 ml of olive oil
Method of preparation
Clean and cut fish pieces (including head and tail), salt and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. In a large pot, put the oil to a simmer, heat the onion, the chopped peppers and carrots, and after a minute, add the minced garlic and bay leaves.
Cut the potatoes and cubed tomatoes and add them to the mixture of chopped vegetables. Mix the ingredients for a few minutes, over the heat, then pour about 2 liters of water over the chopped vegetables and let them boil for 15 minutes. Then add the fish and wine and leave the soup to boil for about 15 minutes.
Season the soup with salt and pepper, and after you put out the heat, sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
