The salad with mango, avocado and shrimp gives you the exotic and Mediterranean taste of which you fell in love with foreign countries right at home. From only a few ingredients and with record time preparation, this salad is a perfect culinary treat for any pocket!

3 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 mango fruits

2 avocado fruits

2/3 cup chopped green onion

2/3 cup freshly chopped coriander

1 tablespoon chili flakes

450 g shelled shrimp

Method of preparation

First prepare the dressing for salad, mixing in a bowl lemon juice, oil, chili flakes and sugar. Clean and cut the mango and avocado fruits into 2 cm cubes and place them in a larger bowl.

Add the onion and cilantro over the fruit, and at the end, boiled shrimps. Pour dressing over ingredients and mix well. Salad salad in the refrigerator at least one hour before serving.
