The cauliflower pickled is tasty and crunchy. It is ideal in the cold season, along with other preparations of vegetables or meat.

Method of preparation

Unfold in small bouquets. In a saucepan, cover the cauliflower with salt water. Leave it for an hour. Meanwhile, wash the carrots well and cut them into slices.

Then prepare the brine for cauliflower. To each liter of water, add one tablespoon of coarse salt. While the brine is boiling, place the cauliflower in jars.

Add slices of carrots, bay leaves, dried dill, mustard and pepper. Pour then the hot brine. Seal the jars and cover them with a blanket. Leave them that way until the next day and store them in a cool place.
