These factors will make you go to the bathroom much more often than before, even at night. The solution in this case is not to reduce the intake of fluids, as it plays an extremely important role in maintaining health. Try to drink plenty of fluids in the first part of the day and avoid the coffee and drinks that contain caffeine, because this substance is diuretic.

The specific states of pregnancy discomfort are also a cause of insomnia. The breasts become very sensitive and even painful and in any position you stand, you cannot enjoy the comfort you need for sleep. Wear cotton busting at night, so that the breasts have some support, and the pain sensation is alleviated. The clothes you sleep in are also important. Use only cotton pajamas and do not sleep in tight clothes, because they do not allow the skin to breathe.

If you have a high appetite, try not to eat too large portions in the evening before bed. Eating too much can cause you a restful sleep, but also abdominal pain or heartburn.

If the hunger doesn't let you fall asleep, opt for a satisfying but healthy snack. Eat almonds, nuts or hazelnuts (unpasteurized and unsalted) to ward off your hunger, and do not eat sweets after 6pm.
