1/2 kg of chicken liver

1/2 kg mushrooms

2 small onions

300 g butter

salt

pepper

greenery

Method of preparation

Clean, wash and cut into large pieces mushrooms. In a wok skillet, melt two tablespoons of butter, then add onion cut into quarters, mushrooms and chopped figs.

Add two tablespoons of water over these ingredients. Cover everything with a lid and leave to soften for about 15 minutes.

When the water is gone, take the pan from the heat and leave the ingredients to cool. Give everything by chopping machine, then put the butter in a bowl and rub the foam. Add the fig paste and mushrooms, then match the taste mixture with salt and pepper.

Put the patty in containers with lid, which you keep in the fridge.

Decorate the fig paste with fresh greenery.
